About the free trial

Am I eligible for a free trial?
Yes - if you are a working professional in the commercial real estate industry and your company does not currently use ARGUS Enterprise, you are eligible to trial ARGUS Enterprise for free. Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials to university students, please visit our 
ARGUS University Partnership Program, to learn more.

How does the free trial work?
Once you’ve submitted your details:

  1.  An ARGUS sales member will be in touch shortly to confirm some of your details and collect some additional information to understand your business requirements better 

  2. From there, we will set up a quick demonstration with our subject matter expert team, where they will run you through  some of the features and functionalities available to you 

  3. We will then set up a free trial environment within our system and provide you with the login details, along with our free onboarding videos, to help get you up and running in no time

Please note: we will provide sample data for you to use in the trial environment, you will not be able to import/export your own data files. 

What happens after the trial period ends?
If you're happy with what you have seen, we can discuss subscription pricing options with you and ensure your licence is extended so we can avoid any disruption on your side. Alternatively, if you feel ARGUS Enterprise isn't right for you, we will simply close your account.

Yes - These legacy products are no longer sold or currently supported, and have been succeeded by ARGUS Enterprise. Our R&D team has worked  very hard to bring over all the functionality from our legacy software, combining them all into one complete solution.
