The 2021 University Challenge Case

The challenge is to examine the available data, including sales and leases, and deliver a quarterly analysis of the property’s performance over the next ten years. This analysis should be used to support one of the following three options.

  • Invest in the property and hold it until improving market conditions allow the property to be sold at a profit.
  • Invest in the property and make improvements aimed at improving the property performance in a COVID influenced, or post-COVID, environment, and sell the property before market conditions worsen.
  • Decline this investment opportunity.
